Refund Policy

Our policy is straightforward. We want you to be completely satisfied with your watch, which is why we offer a hassle-free refund within three days of receiving your order. We do not require you to provide any reasons for the return, but we only accept the return if the watch is in the same condition as when you received it. The buyer is responsible for insured shipping and assumes all associated risks. 

A 2% restocking fee will be charged to cover our processing fee for any returns or cancellations. Once we receive the item, we will process the return and issue a refund promptly. 

In the event that you trade your watch with us, which we always welcome, the trade will be final, except in cases where the watch has been grossly misdescribed or misrepresented.


Shipping Policy

All watches are shipped with a tracking number and insurance for free inside of the EU. Woldwide shipping is also always tracked and insured but come at a cost depending on the destination. Shipping costs never exceed 250 EUR.
